Job Details:

• Commission + draw.
• $100,000+ a year based on your commitment and your dedication.

What you will do:

• Greet all customers walking in the door and direct them where they need to go or help them yourself.
• Retrieve all information from the customer upfront so that you know what they are looking for and how you can help them.
• Show customer vehicle options
• Do walk around vehicles with a description
• Take customers on a test drive
• Work numbers
• Retrieve credit applications
• Work side by side with managers to sell the vehicle
• Communicate, communicate, communicate
• You will need to be organized and keep all company assets clean and undamaged
• Provide customers and managers with accurate information.
• Etc.

What you will need to qualify:

• Clean driving record
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass drug screening
• Business attire
• Ability to manage yourself when needed

Experience:

We prefer a minimum of 3 years of previous sales experience.
